The meeting will be held at the Centre Sheraton Montréal, Ballroom, 1201 René-Lévesque Blvd. West, in Montreal at 11:00 a.m. (EST). CGI shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, December 9, 2019 or their proxyholders will be entitled to vote on matters considered at the meeting.
