We take the skills required to be a leading IT services company—problem-solving, creativity and dedication—and put them to work to make a positive difference. Through volunteer and pro-bono initiatives and financial investments, we are committed to contributing to those causes that benefit the well-being of our communities.

Some of the national organizations connected to our local activities include the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Alzheimer’s Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Military Families Support Group and United Way.

The CGI dream is to create an environment in which we enjoy working together and, as owners, contribute to building a company we can be proud of. As part of this dream, our business model is designed to ensure that we contribute positively in all of the communities in which we live and work.

STEM at CGI is a nationwide K-12 program that aims to train and mentor young people for STEM careers. Our flagship program, CGI STEM Camp, teaches children about STEM-related careers through fun, interactive one-day events, provided at no cost to the students. The program, started at CGI's Lafayette, Louisiana, center by three college hires in their first year of employment, expanded in 2017 to 11 locations thanks to CGI’s Dream Connectors program. In 2018, 15 locations are planned.
