A retail and consumer services industry expert with over 25 years of experience, Gianni has delivered large-scale and innovative solutions across the entire value chain for some of the world’s largest organizations. Today, Gianni consults with retail and consumer services clients on strategy, including digital transformation, omni-channel commerce and business and IT roadmaps to help them address their priorities and maximize value.

Jean-Baptiste Branquart, Vice President, Retail and Consumer Services, Global CoE Lead

Jean-Baptiste Branquart is responsible for CGI’s global Retail and Consumer Services Center of Excellence in Lille, France. Over the last two decades, Jean-Baptiste has developed strong expertise in the retail industry and, since 2009, omni-channel, customer experience and digitalization have been central to his work. His role is focused on enabling clients to enhance the quality of customer experience, leverage information from all channels to strengthen their customer relationships and help them consistently deliver on the brand promise.

Stephan Leblanc, Vice President, Global Manufacturing, Retail and Consumer Services Lead

Stephan leads the development and execution of the market strategy for the manufacturing and retail and consumer services industries and supports business development activities.
