Lisa Carroll leads CGI's business operations within the company’s National Capital Region in Ottawa, Canada. She is responsible for overseeing client relationships and service delivery, including the delivery of consulting, systems integration and managed services, serving both government and commercial clients. In addition, she leads Canada’s cybersecurity center of expertise, which provides managed services, intellectual property development and consulting to CGI clients around the world.
Since joining CGI in 2002, Lisa has held progressively senior leadership positions, managing client relationships and service delivery in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. She recently led the CGI Ontario Public Services team in Toronto, which delivers digital transformation, change management and critical IT operation services to provincial and municipal governments and healthcare clients.
Lisa’s 24-year IT and consulting career also includes director and business development roles with other leading Canadian organizations, such as Sierra Systems, University Health Network, Liberty Technology Services and Compugen Systems Ltd.
She is a current director of the Information Technology Association of Canada’s (ITAC) National Board and the former chair of ITAC’s Ontario Board. She also has participated in many advocacy councils with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
Lisa is a recipient of the Silver Stevie Award – Canadian Female Executive of the Year (2013), Information Technology Association of Canada’s (ITAC) Volunteer of the Year Award (2013), and the Queen’s Jubilee Award (2013).
Lisa studied economics at Carleton University in Ottawa.
