Paul Mackley is responsible for CGI’s Canadian credit union services practice, as well as for the systems integration and consulting business across Atlantic Canada. He also oversees onshore/nearshore global delivery throughout Atlantic Canada. This multi-site delivery center provides application development, application maintenance and IT outsourcing services to many of CGI’s large, international financial services clients.
Paul has been with CGI since 2003, and has led our national credit union practice for CGI in Canada. He brings over 30 years of experience in Financial Services and almost 20 years of senior and executive level experience in Information Technology including service delivery management, operations management, client relationship management and intellectual property management, as well as business development.
Prior to joining CGI Paul was responsible for banking solutions and services at League Data Limited, including business development, client relationship management, service delivery management, operations management, product development and vendor management.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Francis Xavier University.
