He was instrumental in the founding of CGI’s global Retail and Consumer Services Innovation Center in Lille, France, which he led until recently. Over the last two decades, Jean-Baptiste has developed strong expertise in the retail industry and, since 2009, omni-channel, customer experience and digitalization have been central to his work. His role focuses on helping retail and consumer services organizations digitally transform to better serve their customers and provide a seamless customer experience. |
