"General IT Applications Development includes analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications and/or systems software including: •Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application •Coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages •Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements
Level: A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees. Responsibilities typically include: Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Experience in design, development and implementation of mobile apps, web based and client/server applications
•Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, SQL Server; and .Net
•Exhibit working experience on design patterns or other design level situations.
•Experience in programming and debugging web applications.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, capable of understanding and implementing complex business requirements.
Leading experience and able to solve team members technical issues
•Agile/scrum exposure is desirable
•Should have good problem solving, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking abilities
•Hard working, motivated and self-driven
•Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
•Creative thinking, ability to see things in broader context

•Should be strong in estimation, design, development, deployment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Member Should have minimum of 8 + years of experience in development
Member Should have at least 4 years of experience in web API
Member Should have minimum of 5 years in Angular.
Member Should have minimum of 7 years in SQL Server
Member Should have minimum of 2 years in azure /.net core
Member Should have excellent Communication and client facing skills
Member Should excellent writing and documentation skills
Member should be willing to work in EU shifts
