Position Description

Experienced professional with well developed, proficient knowledge and skills in Applications Development. Operational in focus, may instructor coach other professionals. Develops applications solutions from established programming languages and source code. Recommends improvement to existing applications using engineering releases and utilities.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Member should have Sales Cloud including CPQ and Advanced Approvals, Service cloud including Field Service Lightning, and Pardot B2B Marketing.
• Member should support Salesforce related Integration and co-ordinate with Salesforce and 3rd Party Apps providers.
• Member can have optional skills Javascript and CSS.
• Member must be in 24x7 AMS covering L2 and L3 support activities covering Salesforce application with technology / skills limited to - Sales Cloud including CPQ and Advanced Approvals.
• Member should have Service cloud including Field Service Lightning, and Pardot B2B Marketing.
• Member should support Salesforce related Integration and co-ordinate with Salesforce and 3rd Party Apps providers.
• Member should work with Salesforce on how to test, manage and deploy future salesforce template releases.
• Member should have problem Management and Change Management.
• Member should be Updating Technical documentation and knowledge repository.
• Member should provide L2/L3 support.
• Member should work with Customer IT team on issues and changes Communication to Customer IT team on status and progress of cases.
• Member should manage availability of application on various environments Test, Mirror, Development and Production.
• Member should maintain the existing code repository.
• Member should manage CIP enhancements to the system with effort not more than 20 person hours.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Member must have supported minimum 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Member must have hands-on experience on Salesforce configuration, Customization - Apex Class, - Batch Jobs, - Visual force Pages, - Apex Controllers, - Apex Test Classes , Data update jobs using Dataloader and managing unmanaged package applications, Web-To-Case, Chat-To-Case.
• Member must have Salesforce Administration skills like managing Profiles, Users, Security, Sandboxes and good at Salesforce migration process using Changeset and ANT Tool.
• Member must have hands-on experience in integration with external applications using REST API or Soap API.
• Member must have hands-on experience in JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS.
• Member must have Salesforce Administration skills like managing Profiles, Users, Security, Sandboxes and good at Salesforce migration process using Changeset and ANT Tool.
• Member must have hands-on experience on Salesforce Lightning Experience
Should have Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications.
• Member must have Agile/scrum exposure is desirable.
• Member Should have excellent communication skills, problem solving, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking abilities.
• Member should be Hard working, motivated and self-driven.
• Member must have Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Member Creative thinking, ability to see things in broad context.
• Member should be Open, Proactive and Result oriented.
• Member Should be willing to work in Euro Shift (12:30 pm to 10 pm IST).
