Position Description

Experienced professional with well developed, proficient knowledge and skills in Applications Development. Operational in focus, may instruct or coach other professionals. Develops applications solutions from established programming languages and source code. Recommends improvement to existing applications using engineering releases and utilities.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Scan and / or research and analyses the Business domain organizations and generate / review requirements.

Prepare, articulate, create and clarify Business requirements to Product teams and other stakeholders.

Actively hosts / participates forums or conducts Working group sessions / User Group sessions to collate / analyses feedback from the end users.

Participates in Industry forums or community groups. This would help understand the underlying business nuances or the future trends to help assist the ERP to react faster.

Should act / demonstrate as the Subject Matter Expert for the areas identified or owner by him / her.

Mentoring and Grooming Business Analysts and SMEs in the team

Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, developer and ensure in a manner that helps determines the various integrations, flows and dependencies of features across the product

Reviews / prepares functional design documents, user stories and other functional artifacts to ensure that they are in alignment with the Business need.

Work closely with Product Managers and internal stakeholders in identifying gaps, enhancements and priorities for the Product.

Assisting Sales teams and other stake holders with demos, RFP’s, product evaluations, prototypes, brainstorming’s activities

Work with the delivery/development teams by providing guidance driving towards Product road map

Should be able to advise alternative solutions and provide the trade-offs as well as the final recommendation.

Ability to research across provinces or international markets to understand the variances or alignment from a global perspective

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Any Degree

Work Location : Bangalore

10+ years of experience in developing or implementing diverse ERPs (SAP/ORACLE/WORKDAY).

Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.

Expert knowledge in HRM Domain / Government HRM laws and payroll processes for US and Canadian markets

Actively participated in sales proposals (RFP) and ability to do estimations.

Profound experience in functional architecting solutions, requirement gathering & Business Analysis.

Knowledge/understanding of the Domain – HRM and Payroll

Strong knowledge of working in interface applications

Strong understanding of various quality process and best practices.
