We are seeking a Junior Automation Consultant to join our growing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and release of the application objects and business processes within the automation solution. As part of operational engagements, you will be required to work across a number of internal business areas and with external clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Analyse and understand business process documentation and functional requirements
Create technical process design documents Develop and release process automation solutions
Work with business users to complete system testing
Create, maintain and reuse libraries of code and automation objects
Support and maintain existing process automation solutions
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1 year experience of development / technical functional analysis. Ideally some experience in one of the following Automation platforms – Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath
1-2 years’ experience of working in a technical support environment following ITIL best practices Good understanding of programming principles / concepts
Ability to interpret new business / technical processes
Additional skills that will give you an advantage:
Knowledge of Windows server base in a production environment Understanding of Microsoft SQL 2008 management and best practices
1+ years programming experience (.Net, SQL, C++, HTML, Java)
Ability to write and interpret MS SQL scripts Fluency in English and Dutch or French
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate in a customer facing environment
Able to take ownership of a problem / solution and drive it through to completion
Able to prioritise tasks in line with business objectives
Able to work in a team effectively
Be prompt and act as a role model internally and externally
