We provide mass data billing, debtor analysis, collections, recovery, audit, compliance, scanning and other revenue management services to help our clients improve their cash flow and reduce revenue leakage. These services are supported by IP-based business platforms, high levels of automation and extensive domain knowledge.

Our revenue management services cover all industries and encompass a wide range of technology areas, including cloud, big data analytics, mobility, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity and outsourcing.

  • Collections: CGI delivers end-to-end collection management services for our clients through our proprietary Collections360® solution, which features fully automated predictive analytics, work queuing, performance dashboards and compliance assurance. Collections360 supports multiple clients in the public sector, managing critical revenues such as tax, driver licenses and student loans. We also run the collections process for unpaid filing fees for all the securities commissions across Canada and unpaid tolls for two motorway operators in Portugal. In addition, since the inception of the New York City Transit Adjudication Bureau in March 1986, CGI has maintained the agency’s administrative functions and visitor center, including data entry, quality control, adjudication support, payment processing, public inquiry, collections and judgment enforcement.
  • Mass data billing: We developed a cloud-based mass data billing (MDB) platform based on SAP convergent charging, which enables clients across multiple sectors to invoice accurately in real time with multiple tariffs. In the UK, CGI provides this service as an e-ticketing platform to power all of FirstGroup’s e-ticketing initiatives across different countries and for different modes of transportation. Our MDB solution delivers transformative customer care, billing and revenue management across multiple target sectors.

In parallel, we implemented a similar solution for FirstGroup’s U.S. division, which operates under the recognized “Greyhound” brand. For Greyhound, our MDB solution enables passengers to use their mobile devices and e-commerce channels to plan and pay for travel.

  • Finance, accounting and procurement: CGI provides full finance and accounting services to a multinational postal service company. These services are supported by more than 500 finance and accounting staff in our large service center in India.
  • Scanning and imaging: Our scanning and imaging services process 185 million documents annually in multiple countries. In Sweden, for example, we receive and scan high-volume documents, such as delivery notes for major distribution companies, and enter the data into the companies’ ERP systems using optical character recognition (OCR) technology.
