CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst II to support FBI ERF/WEOU's in Quantico VA.
• Work closely with each individual FBI field office in gathering all accurate information needed to prepare circuit orders.
• Maintain internal databases pertaining to Land Mobile Radio (LMR) connectivity. Run various reports pertaining to order status, equipment required, cost and total circuits ordered for field offices.
• Monitor individual vendor Internet portals as needed. Track order status and trouble tickets.
• Management of excel spreadsheets depicting the status of all radio data circuit installation orders. Prepare written and oral communications and compile reports concerning budget matters
• Host weekly conference calls with representatives of service providers to discuss the status of each order and upcoming projects.
• Generate, submit and manage billing disputes to and from vendors.
Management Analyst II
(U//FOUO) Conducts initial fact gathering, individually or in conjunction with senior management analyst(s). Reviews routine and repetitive processes and conducts surveys and limited studies to resolve issues or operational problems in the functional areas under the contract. Assists in conducting operations cost versus benefit analysis projects. As assigned, conducts quality assurance reviews of services provided. Develops and implements administrative controls as needed, and prepares various reports pertaining to such subjects as productivity trends, mail volumes, and operating costs. Must have supervisory experience, and excellent knowledge of basic fact gathering, interview, and research methodology. Also required are excellent written and interpersonal communications skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member. Experience with various software is essential, i.e., Windows 95, MS Office Suite, Lotus 1 2 3, Excel, and Quattro Pro.
