Position Description

As a junior IAM consultant, you will be working in a support team at one of our customers. This role will require communication and interaction with multiple internal and external clients to ensure each module interacts properly with each other. You will also troubleshoot issues and develop new enhancements to achieve targeted results. Your future duties and responsibilities

Your dreamjob is all about...
• Monitoring the performance of the systems and if issues occur correct accordingly to the procedures
• Treating IAM incidents
• Performing minor changes (mainly configuration about ITIM applications)
• Having a good knowledge of IAM processes (technical and business)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You are experienced in ...
• SQL
• Oracle DB or Any other DB experience
• AIX versie 6 or UNIX
• Javascripting and or .NET
• Office suite
• Having knowledge of Dutch and/or French & English
