FAIRFAX, VA, Dec. 12, 2018 - CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A) and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) announced a long-term agreement for IT management and software services that will allow the association to focus on its core mission of enhancing the effectiveness and advancing the common interests of the state boards of accountancy as they license and regulate U.S. certified public accountants and firms nationwide.

CGI will provide IT services inclusive of application development and maintenance, infrastructure operations and engineering, management of cloud services, end-user support and service desk. This will deliver increased predictability and transparency of IT project timeframes and costs while allowing access to technology advancements from CGI's ongoing investment in IT execution. CGI and NASBA will also implement a joint governance model that will feature sustained reporting and analysis of performance at all levels of the association's critical IT systems.
