What is BestMix?
BestMix is an investment planning tool for professional investment advisors. It is currently installed at numerous financial institutions
in Canada and the United States. Based on an “investment policy system”, which helps to ensure suitability and consistency of
investment advice, BestMix is fully customizable using a financial institution’s investment parameters including:
- Optimization inputs (e.g. risk and return)
- Asset classes
- Investment programs and individuals investment products
- Languages and currencies
How does BestMix work?
BestMix provides the complete investment planning process—aligning client’s goals, risk tolerance, and investments. It produces suitable
asset allocation recommendations along with interactive client education and presentation tools that can be used to model alternative
investment portfolios.
BestMix provides both professional sales compliance and a training tool, designed to ensure effective practice management. It has a
flexible report generator that produces pre-defined or customized investment proposals and investment policy statements.
BestMix is a client/server or stand-alone application. It has a Windows network authentication, XML-based information export, and
automatic application file updates. BestMix can run on a WAN/LAN/Extranet (VPN) connection with online/offline capability.
