CGI Group Inc.'s Management Proxy Circular for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2009, was mailed to shareholders with the 2009 annual report on December 18, 2009.
The Management Proxy Circular is provided in connection with the solicitation of proxies by the management of CGI Group Inc. for use at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, on January 27, 2010.
