• Online surveys – CGI provides a historical database of commercial inspections.
• Online rates – Our AccuRate rating engine is used as the base for all commercial property rates provided to clients.

Commercial Tracking System (CTS)
As the only comprehensive historical claims database of its kind in Canada, clients use CTS to check loss information for commercial risks located across Canada.

Fire Underwriters Survey (FUS)
CGI Risk Management Services is the only accredited organization to review and grade the quality of public fire protection in communities across Canada. We calculate and update commercial and residential town grades that are used to establish risk acceptance limits. We also work closely with public fire protection officials to develop municipal fire plans.
