Federal shared service provider

To help agencies respond to the requirements of the President’s Management Agenda and achieve Line of Business (LoB) compliance while retaining security and control over their systems and data, CGI has established itself as a Shared Service Provider (SSP) to the federal government. As an SSP CGI goes beyond hosting to deliver the full spectrum of business management services across four main service areas:

Technology management (PDF) : IT infrastructure hosted services for CGI Federal’s government-certified Momentum® federal financial management software suite as well as other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and customized software solutions

Application management (PDF) : Ongoing management and maintenance of administrative and program applications in a steady state environment

Systems integration and consulting (PDF) : Projects that enable agencies to efficiently modernize business processes and systems, and achieve a single agency view of performance information across LoB, eGov and agency program systems

Business process services (PDF) : Services that augment federal agency staff in the planning, execution and management of core business functions
