Our goal is to find the best IT service delivery channel for our 350,000 end users while at the same time reduce our IT delivery costs. To do that, we have to provide quality solutions in a faster timeframe. We sought a strategic IT partner, who had the industry knowledge, focus and ability to build the infrastructure for our banking solution. That is how CGI came into the picture.

We are a Canadian-owned company serving credit unions coast-to-coast. For more than 30 years, we have delivered IT services and solutions that have never lost sight of the shared goal to improve member service.

Our two core banking offerings, RFS and HORIZON™, each with integrated CRM, loan origination and delinquency management functionality options, provide clients with the tools that quickly and easily manage their members’ deposit, lending, general ledger and registered products. The three options include:

  • HORIZON™ LOS, which accommodates the loan origination process from start-to-finish for both members and non-members, interfacing with banking systems, credit bureaus and industry insurance providers

  • HORIZON™ Know Your Member, our integrated relationship management tool, which unifies all aspects of interactions between a credit union and its members, presenting staff with the necessary information to provide seamless, personalized and profitable service based on your sales culture

  • HORIZON™ DMS, our integrated delinquency management system, automatically identifies and tracks delinquent lending accounts for your collections officers using e-mail notifications and an up-to-date action and contact list.

CGI also serves as a custom gateway support provider to external channels, including Internet and telephone banking, settlement services, and card Issuer and ATM/POS Acquirer services, among others.
