IRS Total Information Processing Support Services (TIPSS-3)

CGI, in collaboration with a very talented array of large and small business partners, can provide a broad range of services under the TIPSS-3 contract, which is available for use by all federal agencies. TIPSS-3 is a multi-agency, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract through which task orders can be competitively awarded up to a ceiling of $3 billion over the life of this five year contract. Our teaming arrangements enable CGI to support all aspects of the TIPSS-3 contract.

TIPSS-3 supports a broad spectrum of business and systems services in three principal areas:

 

  • Strategic Business Services
    such as BPR; change management; IV&V; 508 (accessibility) compliance; program and project management; quality management; and others
  • Information System Services
    including system design, development, customization, and implementation; training; requirements analysis; configuration management; and other IT/IS-related services
  • System Security Services
    including planning; disaster recovery; continuity of operations planning; assessment and management of IT risks, threats and internal controls; PKI and digital signatures and additional system and data security services
