Letter from Vice President, CGI Advantage Program

What an exciting time for the CGI Advantage program! With valuable enhancements to our CGI Advantage product, notable new clients and many successful client implementations, the program continues to grow and strengthen.

Product Enhancements

Our commitment to you, along with our dedication to helping state and local governments improve their business operations through new government-specific functionality, are reasons I am pleased to introduce CGI Advantage 3.10, the latest release of our CGI Advantage ERP solution.

With Release 3.10 scheduled for availability at the end of July*, your organizations can increase efficiency, effectiveness and usability with exciting features such as Debt Management, Employee Relations, Capital Budgeting, Integration Manager, Transparency Portal and Financial/HRM Executive Dashboard enhancements. CGI Advantage is also adding mobility with a Timesheet Approval App as well as iPad certification.

We are currently working with the State of Utah, City of Gainesville, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky to beta test CGI Advantage Release 3.10. During this critical phase of the development process, we collaborate with our beta program partners to validate new system features, promote product readiness, and increase the accuracy of documentation and training.

To help you take "advantage" of the benefits of Release 3.10, CGI offers an accelerated implementation approach, designed to fit your project needs and challenges. CGI Accelerate provides a high quality, flexible, efficient and reusable framework that accelerates the upgrade process. This proven offering has successfully helped clients such as Olmsted County, Tulare County, Volusia County, City of Cincinnati, and Idaho Department of Transportation accelerate their upgrade process.

Market Growth

We are very pleased to recognize our new and renewed members to the CGI Advantage client community:

• State of Arizona: 8 year contract for CGI to provide business process reengineering services and implement CGI Advantage for statewide financial management
• County of Ventura: 3 year contract for CGI to upgrade and maintain CGI Advantage for financial, procurement and budgeting
• City of Dallas: 3 year contract for CGI to upgrade and maintain CGI Advantage and add CGI Enterprise Intelligence360
• Los Angeles County: contract to add CGI Advantage Case Management to their CGI Advantage suite
• State of West Virginia: engaged CGI to implement the CGI Advantage Permitting module for the Department of Environmental Protection to modernize and replace aging legacy systems.

In addition, CGI and our CGI Advantage community have worked together to complete many successful projects.

CGI Advantage360 & Managed Advantage
