Meet the members of CGI's management

Tom kirk - Vice-President, Government Secure Solutions CGI Inc.

Tom Kirk leads Government Secure Solutions CGI Inc., a wholly-owned separate entity, which contains a unique subset of existing contracts.

Most recently, Tom was part of the CGI/Stanley Integration Team where his focus was on establishing an enhanced CGI Federal Security Organization, including responsibility for ensuring CGI Federal operates under the rules of the Special Security Agreement through CGI Federal Government Security Committee oversight.

While at CGI, Tom has managed the Federal ERP Group – an organization of over 600 financial analysts which also includes the Momentum Product Group. Tom also led the transition of the Momentum Group to the Southwest Virginia Center of Excellence.

Tom has more than 20 years of professional experience in information technology consulting, managed services, product management, systems integration, technical management, outsourcing, and business process management. During that time he has held positions overseeing Defense and Intel Accounts for American Management Systems (AMS), PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Integic, Northrop Grumman and CGI. He has managed programs within each of the Big 5 Intel Agencies (CIA, NRO, NGA, NSA and DIA); contributing to his expertise in personnel security, information assurance and industrial security.

Tom holds a BS degree in Mathematics and a minor in Economics from Penn State University.
