Meet the members of CGI's management

Christopher james - Senior Vice-President, USEM IP Solutions & Onshore Delivery Business Unit Leader

Chris currently serves as Senior Vice-President and Manager for CGI’s U.S. Intellectual Property Solutions and Onshore Delivery business unit. He provides executive oversight and general management for CGI’s US based intellectual property solutions, which include CGI’s Advantage ERP solutions for state and local agencies, as well as our financial, healthcare provider, environmental, utility, and insurance solutions. In addition, he oversees our U.S. onshore delivery centers.

Chris has more than 22 years of experience in business management within the IT services industry. His experience spans state and local government, as well as the commercial sector, and covers the delivery of IT managed services, product development and support, and consulting.

Prior to joining CGI, Chris worked at EDS for 11 years. As a client delivery executive, he managed the delivery of services and supported sales in areas such as business process outsourcing, systems integration and implementation, facilities management and application outsourcing for clients across the U.S.

Chris holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance and a master’s degree in international business from the University of Texas at Dallas, as well as a bachelor’s degree in in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
