What is the dollar value of the acquisition?
CGI has acquired Logica for 105 pence per ordinary share in cash, for a total value of approximately £1.7 billion (C$2.8 billion*).
When should Logica shareholders expect to receive payment for their shares?
If you are a registered holder, you should be receiving a package of materials from Capita Registrars Shareowner Services with further instructions. Payment for your certificated shares should be sent within a few business days after receipt of your documents by Capita Registrars, assuming all of the documents you submit to Capita Registrars are in proper order. Do not send your share certificates to Logica or to CGI. All other holders should contact their broker.
What do I need to do in order to receive the cash payment?
If you are a registered holder, you will need to submit your share certificates along with a Transmittal Letter to Capita Registrars Shareowner Services at:

You should be receiving a communication from Capita Registrars shortly with additional details. Do not send your share certificates to Logica or to CGI. All other holders should contact their broker.
