Labor and workforce services

CGI's labor practice is committed to meeting the challenges of unemployment modernization and workforce services integration. We help state unemployment agencies open Internet service channels to their employer customers. Our web-based systems, designed to ease wage reporting and employer tax payments, have been used to collect more than $400 million in two U.S. states. We also helped a large workforce investment board deploy a performance management system that benchmarked provider achievements against plans and peers.
