Net Price listed above do not include Maintenance. 1st year maintenance is due at the time of the contract
The rate of annual Maintenance is usually 22% of net license fees as listed above
Maintenance will increase 6.5% annually
The Net price listed above does not include the required 3rd party tools necessary to implement CGI Advantage and will require a separate negotiation at the time of contract signing
Annual Maintenance Period begins at time of delivery of the software
The Net Services Rates pricing are for services that include, but may not be limited to, identification, scoping, and delivery of the following: Solution Requirements,
Implementation Phases, Testing Requirements, Acceptance Criteria, Service Level Agreements, and Technical Environment. This is a representative sample of items which may be included in a supplemental agreement. Related services include but are not limited to: installation, maintenance and support, technical services, hosting, managed services and product training.
How to place a purchase order
Customers acquiring ERP products and services under this awarded master contract will be required to execute a Purchase Order directly with CGI.

Customers purchasing services under this contract shall negotiate pricing directly with CGI in accordance with the Customer's Supplemental Agreement and/or Statement of Work.
