REACH Management Technology for Exposure to Chemicals

The REACH regulation requires you to manage more information than ever about the chemicals your business produces and how to use them safely. Recognizing that you need resources for meeting REACH regulations and associated documentation, CGI collaborated with industry leaders to develop the REACHMate software tools.

REACHMate provides a single resource that enables you to bring together quality data from multiple sources. Our software will help you streamline how you track and report required exposure scenario/risk management measures about your products to earn and maintain REACH compliance. This comprehensive, flexible and intuitive software can be integrated with your existing SDS Authoring Solution.

REACHMate includes the following components:

  Integration Engine
At the operational center of REACHMate is the Integration Engine, which supports the exchange of data to and from each integrated system. A web-based front end provides administrative capabilities to monitor interfaces and assist with building additional interfaces beyond the core set provided.  The ability to maintain interfaces within the Integration Node allows our toolset to flexibly respond to changes in third-party systems, such as IUCLID5, without software releases.
 
  Supply Chain Management
Supply Chain Management manages and communicates REACH registration data across your supply chain.  Combining a simple and customizable user interface with a robust template and rules-based communication engine, it allows you to quickly provide registration information to your customers and coordinate responses to your suppliers in order to assure compliance with REACH.  
 
  Use Management
Use Management manages how you document the use of regulated chemicals and their exposure scenarios for safe usage. This web-based software provides an easy resource both for registering new substances and for communicating appropriate information on the eSDS. 
 
  Interfaces
You can integrate third-party systems with REACHMate to manage the access and/or transfer of data among systems. That integration requires several interfaces, including:
  • IUCLID5 Interface
  • Formulation systems Interface
  • Authoring systems Interface
  • Volume tracking systems Interface

You get direct access to the right information without the risks of additional data entry.
