Boston, Massachusetts, November 15, 2007 -CGI Group Inc. (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB), a global leader in information
technology (IT) and business process services is pleased to announce that it has
expanded its partnership with NSTAR, Massachusetts' largest investor-owned

application management services, throughout the term of the 3-year contract.
Under the agreement, CGI will provide functional and technical
enhancements and application support services for eTRAC, NSTAR’s custom built
energy efficiency tracking system.
For over a decade, NSTAR has been
implementing energy efficiency programs that are designed to serve the needs of
its residential, low-income, commercial and industrial customers. The eTRAC
system, already in production, was designed and built jointly by NSTAR and CGI’s
global delivery team.
“CGI’s delivery team was extremely effective in
delivering a high quality application that is now managing our energy efficiency
programs,” stated Gene Zimon, Chief Information Officer, NSTAR. “Transitioning
application management services to CGI was the logical next step given their

Global 2000 companies.”
“CGI is pleased to continue our work with
NSTAR”, said Paul Raymond, Senior Vice-President, CGI. “CGI employs a scalable
staffing approach coupled with dedicated subject matter experts that truly

deliver solutions that provide tangible value for our customers.”
