CGI EXPANDS ERIMS SOLUTION TO HUMAN SERVICES AND HOUSING

CGI has expanded its electronic records information management system (eRIMS) to serve health and human services and government housing agencies in addition to courts and justice agencies. Coupling extensive housing and human services domain expertise with eRIMS technology, CGI helps agencies improve efficiency, access key information, integrate disparate systems and maintain compliance.

How eRIMS Works
Government agencies need fast and easy access to their clients' records. eRIMS electronically captures and stores case documents, forms, digital signatures and other records, allowing for immediate retrieval. eRIMS has an easy-to-use interface, allowing staff to quickly search and find documents on either the Web or a network-based system.

The eRIMS solution consists of three key modules:
