Tapestry at the Forefront of Billing and Customer Care
A July 2004 Yankee Group report states that newly merged CGI-AMS now offers a "dynamic blend of consulting professionals and software expertise" in the telecommunications space, with special attention paid to Tapestry®, a modular solution for convergent rating, billing, and enterprise order management.
This report comes on the heels of CGI-AMS' July 7 release of Tapestry 5.2 and its expanded customer self-care and revenue assurance capabilities. Tapestry addresses the diverse needs of today's retail, wholesale, and government telecom service providers including VoIP and other IP-based services, allowing clients to achieve high customer satisfaction while managing costs and supporting new products and services.
