Representative examples of our collection management at work in the government and manufacturing sectors follows.

• In the manufacturing, retail and distribution industry, we deliver and manage end-to-end collections services for clients using our proprietary Collections 360 solution suite, which enables fully automated predictive analytics, work queuing, performance dashboards and compliance assurance. For example, for the financial services arm of a major electronics company, our team of 180 specialists are achieving best-in-class performance in the industry, both in terms of productivity and results. We also run the collections process for unpaid tolls for two motorway operators in Portugal.
• In the government sector, CGI has provided and maintained the NYC Transit Adjudication Bureau’s payment system and visitor center since the agency’s inception in 1986. We’ve also managed administrative functions, data entry, quality control, adjudication support, payment processing, public inquiry, collections and judgment enforcement.
• Our Collections 360 applications support multiple clients in the collection of critical revenues such as tax, driver license fees and student loans.
