CGI Advantage Collections leverages data that is currently available within your ERP system along with business intelligence and case management to find the best cases and payment strategies to enhance collections. CGI has consistently shown the ability to increase collection of delinquent debts by 10% to 40%. Using CGI's UK Local Government Framework to transform support services, CGI has helped local governments release additional funding to citizen centric services when central government funding is reduced.
