Hotel reservations

There are a limited number of rooms left in the CGI room block at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel. You are encouraged to make a reservation as soon as possible to secure a room at CGI's discounted rate of $185 USD per night + tax. If the room block sells out, then rooms will be reserved on a space-available basis and may be subject to higher rates. Reservations at the discounted rate will not be accepted after Friday, October 4.

You must contact Michelle Rives directly at michelle.rives@cgi.com or 703-267-8041 to make a hotel reservation. You can no longer make reservations by calling the hotel directly or online.

Transportation

The Portofino Bay Hotel is located 14 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Total transportation time to the hotel is about 15 - 20 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. There are several options for ground transportation listed below.*

Shared ride shuttle

Mears Motor Shuttle operates a non-exclusive, shared ride van shuttle from each of the terminals. Tickets can be purchased at any of the Mears booths conveniently located on Level 1 in each terminal or online. The shuttle departs throughout the day and evening every 30-40 minutes from Level 1 at Orlando International Airport. Reservations are required for your return to the airport.

Taxi cabs

Taxis are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1) at the airport. Taxis are approximately $40- $60 each way. Cash and credit card payments are accepted.

Rental cars

Orlando is the largest rental car market in the world, with most of the major car rental companies located on-airport. The rental car companies are located in Terminal A and Terminal B on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).
