Multiple-award contract includes engineering, testing, scientific, and logistics services
On July 27, 2012, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has awarded Oberon Associates, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Federal Inc. (CGI), one of seven prime contractor positions on the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ), multiple-award contract for Test & Evaluation (T&E) Mission Support Services (MSS) for the DISA T&E Executive Office and the DISA Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). The five-year ID/IQ has an estimated ceiling of US$871 million across all seven contract awards.
Under the vehicle, the company could deliver a range of technology and business services, including engineering, scientific, testing, and logistics. The services span all support aspects for the agency’s T&E mission, including the operation and maintenance of the test tools, labs, networks and infrastructure, and administrative support cells.
“We look forward to working with DISA to enhance the operations and effectiveness of their T&E capabilities,” said Tim Hurlebaus, Vice-President for National Security Programs at CGI. “Our understanding of the DISA mission combined with the end-to-end technology and engineering expertise we deliver will help DISA support national security priorities and operations.”
