In a time when consumer defaults and arrears are rising in a way not seen in most of our working lives, companies need solutions for tough times. In CGI's continuing commitment to help its clients win and grow, we are holding a CGI Innovations regional conference at Grosvenor House Hotel, London on the 14th May 2009.
In addition, for those who are existing customers of CGI, there will be a Collections Executive Product Council (EPC) on the 15th May also at Grosvenor House Hotel.

This conference has been designed for senior managers and executives working in credit risk and debt management. The day is open to both existing CGI customers and guests. This exclusive event is FREE and is an opportunity to share insights and exchange ideas with colleagues in the industry. We are running our conference along side the Credit Today Credit Summit and we have arranged that all attendees to our conference will receive complimentary tickets to the Future of Credit Debate.
Join us to hear Chris Skinner, Chief Executive Officer of Balatro and chairman of the Financial Service Club, giving us his views on the new economy of financial services. Chris is an exceptional speaker and well-known for his regular columns in a variety of media. Listen to Aleks Tomczyk, Managing Director of Arum, the leading credit management consultancy sharing his thoughts on some of the opportunities opened through technological and technology process innovation to deliver real competitive advantage for business.
This conference is also a great chance for you to hear from your peers about what they are going to better manage their collections.
Starting at around 9am, the conference will include lunch and close at 2:30pm, giving you time to also visit Credit Today's Credit Summit and attend the Credit Debate.
15th May – Collections, Executive Product Council

Starting at around 10am with a brunch, the Executive Product Council is open to all CGI collections customers paying annual support and maintenance. This is an excellent chance to network with other Collections Executive Product Council members while participating in an open forum to discuss future product enhancement ideas. You will hear about our exciting new additions to the CGI collections offering and participate in collections and recoveries solution exchange sessions.
