Fairfax, Virginia, February 11, 2016

CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A) today announced that Senior Vice President Stephanie Mango has been selected by Federal Computer Week (FCW) as one of its 2016 Federal 100 award recipients. Now in its 27th year, this annual award recognizes that elite group of government, industry and academic leaders who go above and beyond their job responsibilities to impact the way the federal government acquires, develops and manages information technology to advance agency missions. Mango contributes to the realization of the benefits of shared services through her direct work with federal organizations and her advocacy for the smart implementation of shared models.

Leading CGI Federal’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Shared Services practices, Mango champions IT consolidation, standardization and optimization and the shared services model as an opportunity to improve citizen experience and transparency and maximize return on investment. Over the past decade, she has led financial management and procurement shared service implementations across all three branches of the federal government as both a commercial shared service provider and in support to multiple federal shared service providers in the civilian, defense and intelligence communities.

In addition to her work at CGI, Mango chairs the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council’s Financial Management, Information Sharing and Shared Services Community of Interest. She leads this group using a transformational business approach by developing knowledge-based work products and interactive forums. She also contributes to the shared services vision through her active participation in the Partnership for Public Service Shared Services Roundtable, Association of Government Accountants and the Shared Services Leadership Council.

Government agencies have attempted to apply shared services many times since the 1980s with varying levels of success. Mango has been working with government organizations for more than 20 years by leveraging technology to drive improved business outcomes. “I am honored to receive this recognition by FCW, and congratulate the other shared services proponents who are being honored,” said Mango. “Having worked with and in shared services for many years, we know the benefits are tremendous for government agencies.”

FCW assembles an independent panel of judges each year to curate the Federal 100 list, which has grown into the signature awards program within the federal IT community. Mango joins an elite group of professionals who share a commitment to duty, excellence and commitment in government services. FCW will recognize Mango and all Federal 100 awardees in the March issue of FCW magazine and on FCW.com. A black-tie gala to honor the recipients will take place on Thursday, April 7 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C.
